Colon Irrigation Montreal
Comfortable and covered
Once you are comfortable and covered on the treatment bed, a small disposable tube (speculum) is gently inserted into the rectum through which warm filtered water passes into the colon. The speculum has separate water and waste lines that are attached to the hydrotherapy machine. These are closed systems which allow waste to be discretely transported into the drain line without any offensive odor. The procedure is clean and extremely effective.
Abdomen is gently massaged
A series of “fills” and “releases” of water occur through the treatment while the abdomen is gently massaged using warm volcanic stones.
Massage and hot stone therapy are being used to stimulate the colon's peristaltic movement (muscular contractions) and push wastes down the line.
A skilled colon hydrotherapist uses these techniques to remove toxic waste matter that is adhered to the walls of the colon. The dislodged fecal impactions are then gently washed away though the system's waste disposal tube.
Hydrating and maintaining a healthy system
During the treatment, between 75-100 litres of filtered water is used slowly; a portion of this is absorbed internally and is great for hydrating and maintaining a healthy system.
Water temperature and pressure will be monitored by the colon therapist and can be varied to stimulate peristalsis (muscular contraction) in the colon. This is very important in helping the atonic (sluggish) colon.
Chlorophyll implant and a probiotic implant
Every treatment includes a chlorophyll implant that soothes, deodorizes and softens built up material. Chlorophyll is an extremely alkaline solution which nourishes and regenerates the colon. It is a powerful antioxidant which strengthens our immune system and cleanses the blood.
Every treatment is concluded with a probiotic implant that will reinforce and increase the healthy gut flora population inside the colon.
